Council Approval to accompany your standard engineering

Australia Wide Council Approvals Service

Our council approval service includes the preparation of BA7 paperwork prior to lodgement along with council application drawings and the completion of all council paperwork and lodging your application on your behalf. 

Certificate of Design Compliance

We are able to provide you with a Certificate of Design Compliance  (CDC or BA3) to declare all drawings, specifications and technical documents to speed up the process of your application at your council.

    • Includes council application drawings for minor works (1 patio or retaining wall etc.)
    • Council paperwork completion
    • Lodging council application on your behalf
    • Preparation of BA7 paperwork (to be lodged by you)

  • BA1 Council Approval $998

    • Includes council application drawings for minor works (1 patio or retaining wall etc.)
    • Council paperwork completion
    • Lodging council application on your behalf
    • Certificate of design compliance
    • Preparation of BA7 paperwork (to be lodged by you)
    • Standard Engineering

  • Patio council application drawings 650

    • Drafted specification and site plan for council application of minor works (1 patio or retaining wall etc.)
    • Standard Engineering

  • Planning application fee $225

    • In addition to a BA1 or BA2 application
    • Standard Engineering

  • Standard engineering only $250
  • Custom Engineering Quoted as required
