Engineering for Intex Pools

While intended for seasonal use, local councils may still require assessment or approval depending on installation duration and fencing. The pool council application process…
- Either provide us with the specifications and engineering of swimming pools from your chosen above-ground pool supplier, or send us a rough design for your new concrete pool—along with any ancillary structures such as a patio or decking.
- We will then prepare a complete package, including a site plan, specifications, elevations, and engineering of swimming pools for construction. Once complete, we’ll send it through for your review and approval.
- Next, we pre-fill all required paperwork for your council application and send it to you for signing and return. Once received, we submit the planning and/or building applications to the local council on your behalf.
- After council approval, you’re ready to begin construction—confident that everything is compliant, documented, and engineered correctly from day one.
